Gears of War 3

With E3 over and the beta a few months ago finished, I wanted to show some videos for the new Gears game coming out. I did play the beta which to date has been the best beta I have played and can not wait till the game is released on 9/20/11.  I will be at the Midnight release for this game and will probable take the next day off to play the game.  I will be going out this weekend to pre-order the following “Gears of War 3 Epic Edition Retro Lancer Bundle” which will be my Father’s Day gift from my very loving wife.

Boston Bruins win 2011 Stanley Cup

The Boston Bruins won the 2011 Stanley Cup by beating the Vancouver Canucks in game 7; 4-0 at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver. Tim Thomas won the Conn Smythe Trophy as the playoff MVP and also broke the playoff record for saves and shots against. The Bruins outscored The Canucks in the series 23-8 and held the Canucks powerplay to only one goal. After the game was over Mark Recchi announced he was retiring after 22 season and 3 Stanley Cups. The Bruins returned to Boston today with the cup in hand and will be showing it off Saturday morning at the parade which will start at 11:00am.
Congrats Bruins and can not wait to go to game 1 to see the Stanley Cup and Eastern Conference Banners raised.
